Date formula error on February

I have an amortization schedule that have different selections on terms. However, every time after I chose February, all of the months will be off on all selection except weekly and bi-weekly. I think I need to add +15, and EOMONTH formula,but I do not know how. Can someone please help? Thanks a lot.

Apologies, I cant see the problem? if you pick Semi-Monthly for instance, your code says to add 14 days each period, which it does for all months (including February)?

Am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply. This is the question as I do not know how I can make it to be semi-monthly. Some month is only 28 days, and some months are 15, and 16 days for the months. How can I make it semi-monthly? As you can see the row 21 to row 24, Feb only get pay once, and March get pay 3 times. How can I make the payments twice a month?
