Formula for a Roster Rep Spreedsheet

I'm Having a problem with a workbook i'm doing i need a formula for the followingexcel Problems.xlsx

What is RWO, and which cells will it be entered in? i.e. same row of cells or any cells.

RWO is short for Rostered Week off it = 7 hours and its be be in different cells each week as different people have there weeks off each week
and at the end of the week it will be all shown at column AE
now RWO = 7 hours
