match items across companies

Hi there! I have what I think is a really simple question. I have a long list of genes, and five companies. Each company tests for some genes but not others. Each list of genes is a different length. I want to know which companies test for which gene. I want to be able to look at these across the top like so:

company a company b company c
gene a
gene b
gene c

Can anybody help? I've tried to figure it out in excel and then tried to do it in access. I'm out of ideas. Thanks!

etc?

Yes, here is my spreadsheet. Each worksheet is a company and lists all the genes that company tests for. There are a few other tabs that I tried to make sense of the data but you can ignore those.
