    Formula to Pick Start Date

    Hello:

    Please refer to attached excel file and go to Summary Sheet.

    I need a formula in cell c1 so that it gets the closest start date for this week from data in column J.
    Manually right now i would choose 10/31/2014 as start date.

    Please refer to attached file.
