What If Statement Help

Needing help with my gf's assignment. I don't think the professor is asking the question right, but using the data on the attachment - could anyone help me on this?


Use What If Formula to identify which Merchandise Item sold higher than 6% average. Show in a separate column if the change in yearly sales was above 6% than cell will show “Better than Average” and below 7% will show “Worse than Average.”

Filter Better than Average column.

Questions

Insert a new column next to E-Commerce and calculate E-Commerce as Percent of Total. You only need to do this for 2004-2006, the rest are already calculated.
Do a conditional formatting for all Percent total columns (>50% - show color in Green).
Copy the Merchandise Lines and paste below the original table to create a new table.
Calculate Change from previous year (2004-03, 2005-04…etc)
Using Formula Calculate the average sales by Merchandise Items (Row average) and Average Sale by Year (Column average).
Use What If Formula to identify which Merchandise Item sold higher than 6% average. Show in a separate column if the change in yearly sales was above 6% than cell will show “Better than Average” and below 7% will show “Worse than Average.”
Filter Better than Average column.
Show a time series graph for one of the merchandise items.
