Rows 10+ are dates that individuals took vacation time and how many hours. They are manually entered. On the DATA tab, are the number of hours allocated for years of service. While the design of the spreadsheet is not mine, I think the person that did it made something pretty elegant and funtional. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
