Automate daily schedule.

I am looking for a formula that will automate my daily schedules from a Monthly master schedule. The formula will read something like this in plain English. if today's date is 10/8/2014( date is in K1), search cell G3 and if the cell contains a zero then ignore and write the name in A4 as result . If the cell contains 1, the write the name in cell A3 as result.
