Counting cells based on text values

Hi,

Can any body help me on below table to, i want if english count is showing the result would be "english" if hindi count if there then "hindi" if any combination with english and other than hindi count then "Generic" and if other than english and hindi the result would be "Regional"

Hi,

I am having a similar problem.

I want to count the number of rows where certain strings occur. What I want to count are rows where one cell eg says "Berlin", another has a number smaller or equal to 120 and a certain cell in the row is not empty.

I tried to google my way out of this doozie, but was unsuccessful so far.
