Combining formulas without getting circular error

Hi,

In a previous thread Ace_XL was kind enough to give me solutions to my needs. I am calculating diagnostic accuracy (e.g. Sens., Spec., PPV, NPV, etc.), but the twist is that there is multiple criteria. To simplify it, I have created an example whereby there is one unique value (e.g. Lee) and three duplicates with different IDs. Therefore in total there are 3 unique and 9 duplicates. I have updated the formulas provided by Ace to accomplish this but it required 2 helper columns. I've tried to combine them but I get a circular error when I do.

If anyone has any ideas on how to combine them without the use of the helper cells then that would be great.

Anytime. I'm more of a VBA solution oriented guy. Formulas were never my strong suit, but still glad to see it all come together.
