Find how many times a cell value exists in another range

Hi,

On a worksheet I have used this formula to state true or false if the value in a cell exists or not in a range on another worksheet.

Rather than just stating if the value exists or not in the other range, I want to state the number of times it exists. Stating zero if it's not there at all.

Please could someone show me how best to do this?

using your posted workbook,
this regular formula, copied down, returns the count of Col_A values on the OtherSheet tab
