Formula Problem

I have a little perplexing problem and I don’t know if this can be accomplished…
I have attached a sample excel work book with sheet 1 having all my main data and sheet 2 the results.

What I am trying to accomplish is to select just one of the street names but calculate the amount of properties and populate the figure in column D, along with the rest of the data within that single line.

I have manually started to do this but just wondered if a formula would help,
