    AVERAGEIF function help

    Hello all,

    I want to average certain cells based on the criteria that cells in a range are not blank.
    For example, in the attached spreadsheet, i have numbers in column E that are averaged in cell E16. But what i really want is to average cells where cells D5:D14 are not blank (the 18, 10, 18).

    Suggestions?
