External cell reference based on the content of a cell in the active sheet

This is my first post, I have been working on a document and i'm stuck with a certain problem. I have included a screenshot..
I want every cell in the H column to get the value out of the J3 cell from the document in the G column. instead of manually referencing each.
If there is no reference i want it to stay blanc

Sorry, you lost me.... I have no idea what this means: "I want every cell in the H column to get the value out of the J3 cell from the document in the G column". Can you explain what you are trying to do?

So for example i have an excel file called XYZ.xlsx ; in the H column i want to have '[XYZ.xlsx]tab1'!J3 but this is the code for manually referencing ; what i want is that the value of cells in the G column are used for referencing
so the code in H column would be something like ='[G5]tab1'!J3
the G column has the hyperlink to the wanted excel file
