Vlookup and drop down lists

Hello I'm Gerson from France, I'm having some problems figuring out the formula for a forecast I'm building:

I have a worksheet with a couple of features that change in drop down lists (platforms, type of users, quarter) and I want to build a total considering specific values from a changing cell within the list to pull a specific cell on a different worksheet, I guess I have to play with VLOOKUPs/name ranges and maybe some indirect functions, however I can't see to figure it out, any help is welcomed File is attached

I am looking at your sample sheet, and I do not understand how you would like this to work. The cell you highlighted, what value would you use to determine that it's 50 lines? Why would your Total cell reference Q1? I'm referring to your description of what you want that's on your sheet.

I want the TOTAL in L3 to show the corresponding cell for a GREENFIELD PLATFORM & BASIC USER & 50 lines & Q1, meaning "greenfield" tab, cell D6
