Changing Hourly wage to 15 minute intervals

Hi there!

I'm trying to change a template I have for doing staff wages so that I can measure it against hourly revenue.

Our current wages template looks like this:

When I get a breakdown of revenue from our Point of Sale:

I'm just trying to figure how I can expand my simple wage formula which is done in hours to expand to have 15 minute intervals so I can set the wage cost to be measurable against the revenue and I can graph it.
