Index & Match Multiple Rows & Columns

Morning All,

I am sorry to say that my index and match knowledge is not very good.

What I need to do is look for a country, then display the rows of that countries data in different table.

So - IF Country = United Kingdom. Display the 5 rows and the data from those columns & rows in another table.

Please find attached example.

Sorry for not putting any code/formulae's in there - but seriously my index and match knowledge is very very limited.
