Looking for a single text value and returning 1 or multiple text values

Hello,
Hope someone can help me with my following problem. I want to lookup a certain text value in a worksheet in column A and as a result I want the corresponding value (or values!!) in column C.
For example: if I lookup "Hello" the result is: "Amsterdam". But when I Lookup "Hay" the result must be: "New York, Berlin". And when I lookup "Good Morning" the result must be: "Madrid, Madras, Amsterdam, New York". The number of empty cells between the text that I want to find in column A and the next text in column A is not a constant and will vary.

Thanks Azumi for your quick respond. I see now that my question was not complete and clear enough. Sorry my fault.
The Lookup value originates from a different worksheet (sheet 2 in example file) and is exact the same as the value in sheet 1. And I want the result in a single cell next to the lookup value. See attached new file. Hope now is all clear

I see the file, its difficult for formula has results in a one cell, because it limitation, but if in several columns, I think its possible.

You need macro or VBA for result in one cell, hope other member can help U
