    Conditional Formatting Rules with Shading

I want to create a sheet that highlights progression so if a cell value(c2) is higher than the cell directly its left(b2) then C2 should be shaded green. If C2 is lower than B2 then C2 is shaded red. If C2 and B2 are equal, the n C2 isn't shaded. I got it working for cell C2 but I don't know what's wrong with my rules that it doesn't work for D2 E2 F2 and G2. I included the spreadsheet and would appreciate whatever help I can get.
