Ratio display based upon what day/week it is.

Good Afternoon,

I am looking to display data from a set of cells based upon what two cells output. I will Break it down to help with understanding what I am trying to achieve;

On one sheet I have the following;
I have a cell that displays what week it is running from 1 to 5, using a drop down list.

I have a cell that displays what day it is running from 1 to 7, using a drop down list.

On another sheet I have the following;
I have a number of rows to represent ratios for that week on a daily basis, this is repeated for each subsequent week, this data is collated from another sheet that has multiple employees data in.

On the first sheet I want to be able to pick a ratio from a particular day of a particular week based upon what the "week" cell displays and the "day" cell displays.

For example, lets say that on week one, the appointment set ratio could be 85% for day one, 77% for day two, 35% for day 3 etc.

I want to display what the appointment set ratio for week 1 day 3 is. So I would be looking to display 35%.

Would somebody be able to guide me please, if you need further explanation then please reply back.
