Please see the attachment. The formula I'm using is in the formula bar in the screenshot. The circled row shows the error. Why is the IF formula not working properly when comparing these two dates?

Hi,
You didn't upload the workbook as an attachment. We prefer them to mere pictures.
Do both G& & K7 contain date numbers?
Test with =ISNUMBER(G7) & ISNUMBER(K7)
What results do you get?

I just tried the EXACT formula on a sample sat of data I created and it worked correctly.
Can you post your data so we can take a look?

I figured it out. The highlighted Column is a complicated formula with lots of nested IFs. When I hard coded that column the formula works correctly.
Thanks all!
I can't post the spreadsheet as it is sensitive data. I will also try to use the Value function mikeTRON so as to not create a duplicate hard coded cell.
