Keep Cell Format When Referencing it with text

    Good morning

In cell BI I have a value of £1,523,763.00 in this format, I want to reference this cell with text and keep the formatting the same, however when I use the formula below I lose the currency format and just get numbers.

Is there a way to keep it in this format?

    Thanks

    DJ
