I am trying to make an employee schedule and would like to know if anyone could help with a formula to pull data to a sheet from another sheet in a few columns.
I have a schedule template and I need the data to pull the name, and then I have a 1 placed under certain time intervals. For example Justin works 8-12, so I would have a 1 placed under the 8, 9, 10, 11 interval. Is there a way to automatically pull the times to just fill in the schedule?
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I believe the attached workbook partially does what you are looking for...I'm still looking for a way to incorporate the half hours though.
This really helps greatly. I did not clarify that if it says 1 under 11 for example, it really means the shift ends at 12. Which part of the formula would I need to change to make the shift end at 12?
