How to write formulae to include new rows of data added to a spreadsheet

Hello folks, thanks for your attention.

The attached spreadsheet contains the results and essential match data for a league of 24 football teams which play each other once each at home and away over a season.

The latest match data is added each week (or twice a week).

I need to evaluate their recent form. To do this, i need to sum the value columns for each team that concern only the last three games they played including those most recently added.

However, each will be both home (H) and away (A) team at some point during each period of three games. So a team's HS when they are at home will need to be added to their AS when they are away, and so on correspondingly.

I hope what i've written makes sense, in light of the spreadsheet. If anybody can help, i will be extremely grateful.
