What's the link between columns U, V, W..etc and "Ex", "Mm", "??" etc.
Do these text items appear on a different row in columns U:Z?
If so and assuming row 4 contains the values
Formula:
=INDEX(U4:Z4,1,Match(Max(U3:Z3),U3:Z3,False))
