I am trying to conditionally format a value in a cell based on values found in other cells. Essentially, I would like to enhance the spread sheet so someone can see a value and also see if important but less relative values can also be portrayed in that same cell using some condition. Related to this example, I would like cells K5 and K6 to be formatted a certain color if the zscore column is above a certain threshold. So far I have tried making a rule and inputting the index match match function is greater than 1 (found above). No luck so far.

This is what I tried,

=INDEX('MSA Ind Employ'!CZ1:DD3282,MATCH(1,('MSA Ind Employ'!CZ1:CZ3282='Interface v.2'!$D$84)*('MSA Ind Employ'!DA1:DA3282='Interface v.2'!B85),0),5)} > 1
