Almost OK, but the cells N2 and Q2 should sum the data of both Shear and Details of column D (pl. see the comment in the excel file).

Have you checked the solution provided by me in POST 2.
I have word for you , you got replies from many forum members ,if you are not satisfied by solution provided by other members at least take time & inform them about it .
1) The sample sheet provided by you in Post 1 is not matching with 4
2) What is the difficulty you are facing in solution provided by me .

Solution provided by Mr. Srinivasa Murthy is OK.
Actually in my 1st post I made a pivot of raw data. In the recent post, I gave only raw data to see if the formula is possible without making it pivot (which will consume 60 columns for the month data (Qty. and Weight together). I prefer to reduce the same.
Moreover in your earlier post, you changed to Grapes (where I need sum of Black Grapes and Green Grapes together.

If you can help me on my recent post (#4), I will be grateful to you.

Dear Mr.Siva,

Thank you so much. I have a small query. I want the row name to be displayed as Shear only (instead of Shear & Details). I even want sum ANGLES,FLANGE BRACE to the formula. Pl. advise how to change (add / remove) in the formula without changing the name (Shear). Because i want to customize my data to / apply the same formula to my data in my file.

Month formula is ok but day formula and result are coming same as month formula.

For N2 use,

=IFERROR(SUMPRODUCT($I$2:$I$12,--($B$2:$B$12=N$1),--($D$2:$D$12=$M2)),"")
