Add text in column when value of another column > $0

Good morning!

I am in need of a formula that will assign the text value "Win" in Column AD when the value of the corresponding cell (same row) in Column O > $0. Ideally I would also like this formula to assign the text value "Loss" when the value in O is a negative number, and assign no value at all when the value in Column O is blank. The range of my data in Column O is O12:O86 , O89-O1048576. Any help would be appreciated!!

Assuming that O = 0 should be handled as "Loss";
