Copy formulas from one spreadsheet to another

When I try to copy a group of cells with formulas in them, how do I paste the formula into a new spreadsheet exactly as the original reads rather than having it change to reference the original spreadsheet?

I have about 800 spreadsheets that need an additional tab added that has formulas for calculating the data on the first sheet.

Select the cells to be copied.

Ctrl+H

replace= with XXX

Copy the cells

Paste the cells where you need to put them

Ctrl+H

replace xxx with =
