Thanks, but then what do I do for the next cell, that should reference row 3 Column C?

There is a trigger component, so I need it to be dynamic - the first cell with a value row 2 triggers where the start trigger references row 3 Column B, but then the next cell after that references row 3 Column C.

So if Column D Row 2 sees the first value in Column D Row 1, it starts the trigger, then it references Row 3 Column B. Then Column E row 2 would reference Row 3 Column C and so forth.
