    conditional formatting

    Hi Everyone

    I was wondering if you could help me. I have two columns of dates (AD and AE) I want to be able to turn the AD dates red if the AE date at the side of it is less than the AD date. Now I can do this on two cells side by side, but when I want to apply it to the full two columns its not working correctly. any ideas would be great.
