The cells referenced above do not refer to the cells in the workbook.
OK then sorry, but I just have to ask...if they dont refer to your sample, why even include them? Why not make the references match what is in the file - because from your file, I have no clue what you are trying to achieve

Have you looked at using Subtotals...Data/Outline/Subtotals
