    IF function not returning expected result

    Hi

    I seek some assistance with a couple of functions in the attached spreadsheet.

    Cell reference A14 has a function
    =NOW()
    This works fine.

    In column H17 to H15 I have this function
    =IF(D17>$A$14,"OK",IF(D17<$A$14,"Induction Due"))
    again works fine.

    However, my issue is that in column D17 to D25 where there is text, such as NEW or UNKNOWN (these are only going to be the text values) I get a result in column H as OK.

    Is there a way of getting around this?

    Hope this makes sense.

    Many thanks
