Multiple match of cells based on 2 sheets

Hi
Please refer to the attached sheet.
I am trying to match 5 cells with a Yes or No outcome in column F of the Match Sheet, based on the data in the corresponding headings.
If all 5 match exactly, then the result is Yes, but if one cell doesn’t match, then the result should be NO.
