I have been having trouble with using the output from a countif function then based o the answer I would try to use a if function to populate another table on a separate tab based on the category it ranked.
COUNTIF(D3:J3,$M$3)
IF(Sheet1!K3="3",$E$3,IF(Sheet1!K3="5",$E$4,IF(Sheet1!K3="6",$E$5)))

Hi, try without the "" around number values 3, 5 & 6.
