Countifs Formula

Hi,

hoping someone can help as i can't see what is wrong on this.

I have a spreadsheet that basically contact ticket stats for all employees with the date and time the ticket was resolved.

Column A = Date (dd/mm/yyyy)
Column B = Time (hh:mm)
Column C = Turns the date (A) into a number to represent what day it is ie 1-7 (using the Weekday formula)
Column D = The shift they are on (this is from a lookup formula where i have the times from 00:00-23:59 in minute intervals with a code to what shift it is)
Column E-O = The people and their ticket stats.

What I need to do, is find out how many tickets each person resolved per shift (Shift codes below), but splitting it between weekday and weekend.
