Drop down menu with highlighted cells

I just learned how to create a drop down menu in excel 2007, my question is I want to keep track of the right and wrong answers in the drop down options from a different cell. I want to be able to have a drop down menu in B1 and when I select the correct answers in B1 it highlights all of the rest of the correct answers in lets say "B24, B27, B29" while leaving all of the other ones not highlighted.

How do you know if you selected the correct answer in B1?

I think we're going to need to see a SMALL sample file that shows us what results you expect.
