Trying to run a Index, Match, Match formula. I can get it work if I only use one match EG INDEX(eff!$A2:$A$87,MATCH($A$7,eff!$G2:$G$87,FALSE),1)

I also need to find a match in the adjacent cell so I've tried: INDEX(eff!$A2:$A$87,MATCH($A$7,eff!$G2:$G$87,FALSE),MATCH($b$7,eff!$H2:$H$87,FALSE),1)

Anyone see what am I doing wrong ?
