Pls house can somebody help me with an excel sheet with a pre-designed fomular that i can use to coordinate my students details, their exams scores and will on the other side of the sheet will generate Individual Dosier or Report Card for the term with their respective details/Info!

Designing - anything - requires knowledge of many things...what you want, how you want it to look, how the input will be done, what the output needs to look like and what it needs to contain. A stanard "off-the-shelf" program (if anything like that even exists) would probably suite the deseigner, but would probably not have what you need.
Have you started putting anything together for this yet?

All i need is that, when someone is doing the entry for each of the student marks according to subject,, there should be an analysis and Summary page for that students which will contain the name of the students, class, subjects offer and marks etc, this summary page should be in Portrait form for each students where it can be printed as his/her report card.
meanwhile on the Data entry page, all students performance and infoare entered together, but on the generation page, the page should individualise it to be One students Result per page based on my Selection/sort mode.
Someone has once used this related formular for Financial matters in the past with me, but i need something like this done in the education system where each class can enter their students performance per subject while the students Result summary page will be auto-generated.

It dedpends also on your excel skills, if you are able to make this on your own (with the help of this forum).
