    SLA - Response Time

    Hi;
    I would like to do a SLA calculation in excel based on month and dates.

    Conditions:
    Working Days : Weekdays
    Working Hours: 7AM - 10PM
    Response Time : 2 Hours

    If i select the month it should provide me SLA % for the month based on the those responded within 2hrs. Same goes to by date.

    Anyone can give me an idea or assistance on this? Its complicated for to figure it out.

    What is the formula for calculating the SLA %? Number of people responded within 2 hours over the total people?

    Hi kvsrinivasamurthy;
    Thank so much for the assistance...just one more favor, what formula can be used in column "G" to indicate within SLA or not [Yes / No]. Would it better to calculate SLA based on that..seeking your advise..

    In G2 use, then drag down.
    =IF(E2-D2<=TIMEVALUE("2:00:00"),"Yes","No")

    Hi;
    I had tried the given file however, i think it doesn't work towards the needs.
    It doesn't exclude non-working hours and weekdays to calculate the response time.

    Possible to advise....

    Try this in G2
    =IF(AND(WEEKDAY($D2,2)<6,MOD($D2,1)<TIMEVALUE("22:00:00"),$E2-$D2<=TIMEVALUE("2:00:00")),"Yes","No")

    Hi;
    had a look at the string provided by i believe it wont work..

    Requirement:
    Calculate SLA(response time) based on working hours/day.
    If interaction received at 930PM response time should exclude non working hours/days and starts back on next working day/time.

    example 1 :
    Interaction received time : 930PM (Tuesday)
    Interaction responded time : 7AM (wednesday)
    response time excluding non working hours/day : 30min

    example 2 :
    Interaction received time : 930PM (friday)
    Interaction responded time : 730AM (monday)
    response time excluding non working hours/day : 1hr

    Working Days Mon - Friday
    Working Hours 7AM - 10PM
    Response Time 2 Hours

    With above conditions then i would need to get result for K8 & K11
