Data Validation with If functions

Hi,

IF functions apply into Data validation.

IF($A$7="Company Code",C.C,xxx)

If A7 is company code, there is an drop down list to select. If A7 doesn't company code, no need any drop down list and any value is allow to key in.
Thus, what i should fill into XXX above.
