Computer time stamp -> excel time stamp

Hi all,

I have pulled data from an execution done in another program and loaded the information into excel and it gave me these time stamps.
Is there a formula I can use to turn this into a date/time stamp that excel will recognize for charting purposes?

(all of this information is in one cell)

10-JUN-14 08.28.02.894000000 AM
10-JUN-14 08.52.55.073000000 AM
10-JUN-14 08.56.31.500000000 AM
10-JUN-14 08.31.35.383000000 AM
