Missing parenthesis or too many argument on a formula

Hi,
Excel is telling me that my formula listed below, is missing a parenthesis--) or (.Check the formula, and then add the parenthesis in appropriate place.

=IFERROR(IF(B3=B2,"x",""),IF(B3=B2,IF(C3=C2,"","x"),IF(B3=B4,"x",""),IF(B3=B4,IF(C3=C4,"","x"),””)

If the formula, has too many argument, is there something I can do to make this formula works?
