Missing parenthesis or too many argument on a formula

Hi,
Excel is telling me that my formula listed below, is missing a parenthesis--) or (.Check the formula, and then add the parenthesis in appropriate place.

If the formula, has too many argument, is there something I can do to make this formula works?

Please try the following:

=IFERROR(IF(OR(B3=B2,B3=B4),"x",IF(OR(AND(B3=B4,C3=C4),AND(B3=B2,C3=C2)),"")),"")

Thank you for the formula...with slight modification...it work like a charm
=IFERROR(IF(OR(B2=B1,B2=B3),"x",IF(OR(AND(B2=B1,C2=C1),AND(B2=B3,C2=C3)),"")),"")
