Data sheet to calendar/tracking sheet

I need assistance linking two sheets in the same workbook. The first sheet includes job information, client, location and job dates. I need to find a way to link sheet 1 to auto-fill/populate sheet 2 without manually having to enter the information again and again. I'm not familiar with complex formulas, I can navigate well and use simple commands but I haven't had to do anything this intricate before.

I may be approaching this the wrong way. If so, I am open to suggestions on how to make this work more efficiently without new software.
