    Getting error #value

    Hi,
If the cell '$b$1' = Std. 9 A or Std. 9 B' then the cell should show 'Hindi1' else 'Hindi2'. The formula is giving error #value.

    =IF(Information!$b$1="","",IF(OR(Information!$b$1="Std. 9 A","Std. 9 B"),"Hindi1","Hindi2"))
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanking you,
