Alright i'm going to try to explain this but its a little confusing given the circumstances of what i need

I have a excel sheet that is for scheduling tradesman during certain time slots. I have it set up based on trade. However, some of the tradesman cross trades.

So when i fill a slot for Handyman A say for 8am I need his linked cell in Cabling A for 8am to also fill in.

And vice versa, if i fill Cabling A @ 12pm, Handyman A @ 12pm needs to also fill in.

I have some guys that cross into 3 or 4 different trades too. So he would have 4 cells that need to be linked to each other.

Is this possible? Any help or suggestions?
