Find 2nd Largest Value in column and look up name

B3:B4 contain peoples names

F3:F54 contain numeric values or a -

In F60 I now want to display the 2nd highest value in F3:F54 which I do with:

=LARGE($F$3:$F$54,2)

However I now want the name in Column B that is in the same row as the 2nd highest value in F3:F54 to be displayed in F61.

I can't work out how. Every formula I enter Excel tells me that it either has too many or too few arguments
