Formula to find number sick leave instances and hours before and after stat holiday

I have a large data file for employee sick leave. Each line is an instance of sick leave. I would like to figure out how many instances and hours each employee has taken leave before or after a statutory holiday. I have been trying to figure this out for a couple of weeks – trying so many ways. I used list, dateif, networking days, histograms, but my skills are not that great. Any help would be appreciated.

If the stat day is Monday and the employee takes the Friday before as sick do you want that included in your results?

yes, I would like to provide data on employees taking sick leave preceeding and subsequent to a stat holiday. Thanks for the help

Would you explain what column K is - where do these number come from? Why are there so many lines for example? To get a total number of instances would I sum each date column.

Column K is the unique list of IDs from Sick Leave Sheet.
Each row shows leave taken By each ID.
If this is not required , update the file showing results manually typed, with explanation.
