Conditional Formatting with IF and AND

In the attached sheet I'm trying to make a conditional format to state:

if D6 = B204,B206,orB207 AND cell B94 = to value of "1" then B22 is font color orange. Can this be applied in a conditional format?

Cell B94 is derived off of D7-C20 dates.
