    Embedded Dynamic Ranges Without INDIRECT

Hi, I want to call up a dynamic range within a dynamic range, based on variable criteria.

INDIRECT and OFFSET don't work together, and I found a great way on another thread to circumvent this issue, but it has only solved half my problem.

I'm having some problems with formula functionality in Data Validation, and was hoping someone could take a look and suggest an alternative.

    Cheers,
    André
